Dodge’s Mystery “Adventurer” Truck

Dodge Ram Adventurer Dodges Mystery Adventurer Truck

If you recently visited South Carolina Dodge in hopes of finding a new truck but couldn’t quite make up your mind, then you might want to head back over there sometime in the next few months.  At the most recent Chicago Auto Show, Dodge brought along a version of their 2011 Ram Tradesman, and you can plan on seeing this bargain priced truck at Kingwood Dodge sometime this spring.  Dodge has been famous in the past for their rugged tough trucks, but many shoppers realize that Ford and Chevrolet tend to have better prices for comparable trucks.  Another amazing deal that will soon debut at Dodge Dealers Torrington doesn’t even have a name, but for now, it is known as the Dodge Adventurer.

It is incredibly unusual for an auto maker to release a product without an official name, but Dodge wants to make sure that they get the name just right for this new concept of truck.  Dodge is aiming their Adventurer specifically at young shoppers who might be buying their very first truck.  They plan on this entry level Dodge Ram truck to have a Hemi V8 that puts out an impressive 390 horsepower and will have a starting price of only $23,830.  Keep in mind that there are delivery destination charges which are $975 right now.  You can expect to see this brand new truck sometime in the second quarter of the year.

Dodge decided to put the Adventurer on the market earlier than originally planned after seeing how successful and popular their Dodge Tradesman was at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show.  The Dodge Tradesman has a low starting price of $22,780 and is just a regular old work truck with a V8 engine.  The bargain pricing makes it poised to give some of the current V6 trucks on the market some serious competition.  This will be a new market for Dodge and hopefully it will be successful.
